The operator alone decides on the purposes and means of
processing personal data, such as Names, contact details or similar data
provided by you. The operator of this site takes the protection of your
personal data very seriously and will treat your personal data confidentially
and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this
privacy policy.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR CONSENT CONFIRMATION FOR
THE DATA PROGRAM
Some of the data processing operations
described in the following explanation are only possible with your express
consent. In the case of your already granted consent, a revocation on
your part is possible at any time and it is sufficient for the revocation
of an informal message by e-mail to me. The legality of the data processing
carried out by me until the time of your revocation remains unaffected
by your revocation.
USE OF MY WEBSITE
Normally, the use of my website without
the provision of personal data is possible. In the event that on my website
personal data, such as name, address or e-mail address are collected by
me, this is done by you always on a voluntary basis. I generally do not
share this information with third parties without your explicit consent.
As a precautionary measure, however, I point out that data transmission
over the Internet via e.g. e-mail traffic may have security holes and
thus a complete protection of transmitted data from access by third parties
is not always possible
USE OF COOKIES
To make my website more user-friendly,
effective and secure, I use cookies. These are small text files that are
stored on your device in your web browser. Most of the cookies I use are
so-called "session cookies". The so-called "session cookies"
are automatically deleted as soon as you have finished your browser session.
Some other cookies remain on your device until you delete them yourself.
These cookies help me to recognize you when you return to my website.
For most current web browsers, cookies can be monitored, restricted or
even stopped by you. You can configure your web browser to automatically
delete all cookies when the browser is closed. In addition, more sophisticated
settings are possible if needed, so you can exclude cookies only for certain
cases, or in general for all cases. As a precaution, I would like to point
out that these settings may result in a limitation of the functionality
of my website.
USING SERVER LOG FILES
The provider of my website collects and
automatically stores data in so-called server log files. These data are
automatically transmitted from your browser to us. Please find below the
automatically transmitted data:
1. Browser type you are using and browser version you
are using
2. Operating system used by you
3. Referrer URL
4. Host name of the accessing computer
5. Time of your server request
A merge of this data with other data sources does not
take place. The basis for data processing is provided by Art.
6 § 1, b) of the DSGVO,
which permits the processing of data for the purpose of fulfilling contracts
or pre-contractual measures. I reserve the right to use this data if concrete
evidence of unlawful use is known.
USE OF THE LINK "CONTACT" ON MY WEBSITE
On the described link it is possible for
you to send inquiries by e-mail to me. Your information, data and contact
details will be stored by me only to process your request and to be available
for further inquiries. Disclosure to third parties will not take place
without your express consent.
The processing of your transmitted data takes place exclusively on the
basis of your consent (Art. 6 § 1, a), DSGVO). The revocation of
your granted consent is possible at any time and it is sufficient to inform
by e-mail for your revocation. The legality of the data processing carried
out by me until the time of your revocation remains unaffected by your
revocation.
Your data sent by e-mail will be stored by me to process your requests
until there is no need for data storage, you ask me for deletion, or you
revoke your consent to storage. This shall not affect general statutory
provisions, such as the retention periods of invoices or similar provisions.
THE RIGHT TO COMPLAINT
In the case of a data-law violation, you,
the person affected, have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory
authority. The point of contact in this case is the competent supervisory
authority for data protection issues of the state of Hessen in Germany,
where the seat of my studio is located.
THE RIGHT TO DATA TRANSFERABILITY
You have the right to have the data processed
by you on the basis of your consent, for the fulfillment of your requests
or for the performance of contracts concluded with you processed, handed
over to yourself or to third parties. The provision of this data is technically
feasible in a machine-readable format.
